Located in the heart of West Valley City, this 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home was never occupied by the seller. The home had been purchased in disrepair by the previous owner and was going to be used as a rental. Unfortunately, due to the extent of the repairs, the property sat vacant for over a year until we contacted the owner expressing interest in purchasing it. The home was in need of a complete makeover at the time of purchase. After clearing out personal belongings left behind, replacing the HVAC, updating the kitchen with quartz countertops, replacing the carpet, and painting, the home turned out great. We are excited for the new buyers and their remodeled home!
